Understanding the needs of global Digital teams, over the last quarter we have been expanding our infrastructure, with the Asia and Oceania data centres now live, the service breadth is now fully global. The global capability improving both service resilience and performance.

- Spellchecking: Our spellchecking operates in over 112 languages, we also the have the ability to build in custom words / phrases.

- Global Heartbeat (real time availability, SLA and performance monitoring), launched last month and can be configured to send alerts to worldwide users in their own time zone. Global Heartbeat monitoring is based on the primary and 'localised' site operation times.

- Worldwide support, managing service deployment by liaising directly with key users in different teams, across different time zones.

- At a glance view of global monitoring performance, with a single non-technical worldwide view of page availability and slow response time performance.
