Snapshot is for Content Editors, 'non-technical managers', and developers within organisations.

It's ideally suited to those organisations that have devolved responsibility for content out to end-user departments following the adoption of a CMS. Snapshot allows these users to get an almost instant quality, performance and compliance "view" of the page they are working on.

Running Snapshot involves nothing more than visiting the page to be tested and clicking the 'bookmarklet' (so nothing to setup/install or implement). The page is then rebuilt on screen, with the addition of a top 'button bar' allowing the user to click on/off the various checks and tests that were performed. Issues are highlighted with coloured boxes — putting the mouse over an issue offers details of the problem.
